Trump White House Renovation: Facade and Heliport Photos

The trump white house renovation reached a new milestone Thursday, as President Donald Trump posted photos of the fully renovated south facade, a new South Entrance, and the new heliport on Truth Social.

“Actual pictures of our fully renovated White House facade, facing South, with the new South Entrance, and Heliport!” Trump wrote. He said the facade had suffered “tremendous wear, tear, and damage” over the years and that the exterior walls and ornamentation, both missing and in poor condition, had been fully restored “to the Highest Level,” giving the White House “many decades of additional life.”

Ballroom “On Time and On Budget”

Trump also claimed the planned ballroom and military complex are on time and on budget, calling the ballroom “the first since the West Wing in 1901” and “an unbelievably beautiful addition.” The administration announced the ballroom project in July 2025, with demolition beginning in October 2025, though the project has faced criticism and questions about its legality.

The helipad, completed earlier, was inaugurated last month. Trump has touted its granite surface and a large inlaid “Seal of the President of the United States” insignia, describing the upgrades as bringing additional life to the grounds. Broader South Lawn renovations began in June.
