Packers Cowboys Final Score: Green Bay Wins 23-13 on SNF
The packers cowboys final score was 23-13 on Sunday night at Lambeau Field, where Green Bay built a 17-0 halftime lead and held on through the second half to close out Week 6 of the 2026 season with a third consecutive victory.
Quarterback Jordan Love was 23 of 41 for 276 yards with a touchdown, an interception, and a rushing touchdown. He also connected with wide receiver Matthew Golden six times for 104 yards and a score, the highlight of a night when Green Bay’s defense did the heavy lifting.
Green Bay’s Defense Sets the Tone
The Packers harassed Dak Prescott all evening, hitting him seven times and forcing two interceptions — from safety Evan Williams and rookie cornerback Brandon Cisse — that both led to points in the first half. Prescott finished 34 of 54 for 258 yards with one touchdown and the two picks.
Two fourth-down stops and a pass rush that never let the Dallas passing game breathe kept the Cowboys off the scoreboard until the third quarter. The lead was 17-0 at halftime and 23-7 deep into the fourth before Dallas scored a consolation touchdown with 44 seconds left — Prescott hitting Ryan Flournoy from six yards out — with the two-point try falling empty.
Love and Golden Do the Damage
Love’s only turnover came on an interception that momentarily turned into a pick-six before officials ruled the returner was touched, wiping out the score. Moments later, Prescott threw an interception right back, and the Packers cashed in.
Green Bay’s run game never got going — Pierre Strong Jr. managed just 28 yards on 11 carries — but kicker Trey Smack connected on three field goals from 25, 44 and 29 yards. The Packers converted nine of their first 10 third downs in the first half, dominating time of possession and building a lead Dallas never threatened.
What’s Next for Both Teams
With the win, Green Bay improved to 4-2 and heads to Detroit next week for a big divisional matchup with the Lions. The Packers have now won three straight after a 1-2 start.
Dallas fell to 2-4, its second consecutive dispiriting loss, and the Cowboys head back on the road next week to face the 2-4 Philadelphia Eagles on Monday Night Football. Prescott averaged only 4.8 yards per attempt on the night — one completion of 20 or more yards all game.
